Outdoor Signs | Jamaica Beach Bird & Fish Estuary 

An Austin family has gifted 9.4 acres of wetlands to a Jamaica Beach organization, ensuring the creation of a nature habitat in the small coastal town. The wetland area is one of the few undeveloped tracts in Jamaica Beach, a city of fewer than 1,000 residents covering less than one square mile. The land was deed-restricted for nature habitat use and non-motorized recreational purposes to safeguard the area from future development.

According to Margaret Lloyd, the homeowners association’s vice president, the association has no plans to develop the land. Instead, the Lorenz Family Jamaica Beach Bird and Fish Estuary will be designated and maintained as a nature preserve.

Outdoor Signage was designed, created, and installed for the project by DiPuma.
